When reading the newspaper, I often ask myself, “Is this right or wrong”?

What is wrong? I understand there are three candidates running for the City Council seat from Ward 4 in Auburn.

I must have missed something.

Is the Ward 4 race a secret mission, or is it the way I read it – their name, address, and where they work and their family – all well and good. All gave their e-mail address. But some people, including myself, like to use the old-fashioned thing called the telephone.

Maybe the telephone isn’t used anymore. All people running for public office should give out their phone numbers so people can call them and ask questions and make up their minds about who is qualified for the seat on the City Council.
