TURNER – Raymond and Patricia Langelier of Turner are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Tara Langelier of Waltham, Mass., to Ilir Ujkaj of Waltham Mass., son of Halit and Shkurta Ujkaj of Shkoder, Albania.

Miss Langelier received a bachelor’s degree in communications from New England College, as well as her professional certificate in digital film making from CDIA at Boston University. She is a personal assistant and freelance camera operator.

Mr. Ujkaj received a bachelor’s degree in literature and linguistics at the University of Albania and is currently a student at the National Aviation Academy of New England.

A spring wedding is planned.
