MONMOUTH – Funeral services for Beulah W. Hilliard were held Thursday at Bragdon-Finley Funeral Home. The Rev. Stephen Row and lay minister Richard Ness officiated at the service. Special musical selection was “He’ll Have to Go” by Jim Reeves. Interment in the spring at Maxwell Cemetery, Wales.
