SABATTUS – A surprise party was held recently for Fred and Norma Robinson of Sabattus on the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary.

Party hosts were friends of the couple, Robert Hall and Grace O’Keefe, and daughter of the couple, Nancy Leeman. The event was held at First Assembly of God Church, where decorations were in gold.

The couple received a corsage and boutonniere and many gifts. Rick Robinson was the toastmaster and Nancy Leeman had charge of the guest book.

Mr. Robinson and the former Norma Warren were married June 22, 1958, at a parsonage in Calais.

Their children are Rick Robinson, Robert Robinson and Nancy Leeman. They also have five grandchildren, Chris, Jamie, Justin, Brian and Andrew.

Mrs. Robinson is a stay-at-home mom and is a member of the Assembly of God Church.
