HARWICHPORT, Mass. – Colleen Marie Ryan and Dr. Richard James Brouillette were joined in marriage on Aug. 23 at Wychmere Harbor Club in Harwichport, Mass., in an outdoor ceremony. Pastor Daniel Johnson of Litchfield, officiated at the ceremony. A reception followed at the Harbor Club.

The bride is the daughter of Daniel and Joan Ryan of Halifax, Mass. The bridegroom is the son of Richard and Marjorie Brouillette of Auburn.

The maid of honor was LeeAnne Schoenfeld of Medford, Mass., a friend of the bride. The bridesmaids were Karen Despres of Middletown, Conn., sister of the bridegroom, Kimberly Phillips of New Milford, Conn., sister of the bridegroom, Wendy Porter of Plymouth, Mass., cousin of the bride, and friends of the bride, Bridget Bausch of Chevy Chase, Md., Marybeth Morris of Charlestown, Mass., and Sarah Shoukimas of Dedham, Mass. Junior bridesmaid was Hannah Severin of North Andover, Mass., cousin of the bride. Attendants for the bride were Amanda and Ashley Tramonte of Bridgewater, Mass., cousins of the bride.

CJ Reshmi of Boston, a college friend of the bridegroom, was best man. Groomsmen were Joseph Despres of Middletown, Conn., brother-in-law of the bridegroom, Dr. Jonathan Phillips of New Milford, Conn., brother-in-law of the bridegroom, Michael Ryan of Boston, brother of the bride, and college friends of the bridegroom, Daniel Morris of Charlestown, Mass., and Aari Evert of Boston. The ring bearer was William Despres of Middletown, Conn., nephew of the bridegroom.

A reading, “I Love You,” by Roy Croft, was read by Kathy Landes of Boston, a friend of the couple.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of Cardinal Spellman High School in Brockton, Mass., and a 2002 graduate of Fairfield University in Fairfield, Conn., with a degree in marketing. She is employed at Merck Pharmaceutical Corporation as a pharmaceutical sales representative in the Baltimore, Md. area.

The bridegroom is a 1993 graduate of Edward Little High School, a 1997 graduate of Boston University and a 2006 graduate of the University of New England School of Medicine. Dr. Brouillette is currently in his second year of residency in anesthesiology at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Md.

Following a wedding trip to Martha’s Vineyard and Chappaquiddick Island, the couple is residing in Baltimore, Md.
