TILTON, N.H. (AP) – Police say a Massachusetts woman left her young daughter in the car alone so she could shoplift from a clothing store in Tilton, N.H.
Kristine Rosario, 38, of Billerica, Mass., was charged with child endangerment, shoplifting and disorderly conduct. Police say they arrived at the Tanger Outlet Center Friday afternoon to find a car parked in a a fire lane, with an 8-year-old girl inside. The girl told police her mother was shopping.
Police say when they found Rosario in the J.Crew outlet store, she was stuffing a dress into a shopping bag and that she resisted several attempts to arrest her.
