Between Jan. 18 at 6 p.m. and Jan. 26 at 6 a.m., patrol officers responded to 61 complaints.
Arrests/Summonses
On Jan. 19 at 11:03 a.m., 16-year-old female of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Noyes and charged with a probation violation. The girl was transported to the Oxford County Jail pending transport to Long Creek (formerly Maine Youth Center).
On Jan. 20 at 1:09 p.m., Corey Buffet, 21, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Noyes on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on a charge of operating after suspension. A probation hold was also placed on Buffet and he was transported to the Oxford County Jail.
On Jan. 23 at 5:35 p.m., Clifton Chapman, 45, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Noyes and charged with operating under the influence and operating after suspension. Chapman was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.
On Jan. 24 at 1:36 a.m., Steven Trenoweth, 36, of Rumford was arrested by Ptl. Winson and charged with operating under the influence. Trenoweth posted $400 unsecured bail and was released.
On Jan. 24 at 10:35 p.m., Mary Jones, 34, of Rumford was arrested by Ptl. Winson and charged with domestic assault. Jones posted $400 unsecured bail and was released.
On Jan. 25 at 10:52 a.m., Phillip Therriault, 27, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Noyes and charged with domestic criminal threatening and obstructing the report of a crime. Therriault posted $1,000 unsecured bail and was released.
On Jan. 25 at 3:26 p.m., 16-year-old male from Carthage was arrested by Cpl. Noyes and charged with theft (shoplifting) at a River Valley Crossing business. Juvenile was processed and released to a parent.
Burglary of a Motor Vehicle
On Jan. 20 at 10:25 p.m., Prospect Avenue business reporting a theft of tools from a vehicle being held for payment of a bill. Registered owner is currently incarcerated. Incident under investigation.
Crash
On Jan. 19 at 5:55 p.m., a 1988 Chevy pickup operated by Wesley Mason, 17, of Rumford was backing out of a driveway on Hancock Street and struck a 2000 Pontiac, parked and owned by Stephanie Bolduc, 31, of Rumford. Approximately $2,500 in damage to the left rear door of the Bolduc vehicle.
Criminal Mischief
On Jan. 19 at 1:42 p.m., Knox Street resident reporting someone tampered with her vehicle. Estimated damage listed at approximately $1,000. Incident under investigation.
Theft
On Jan. 19 at 2:41 p.m., Rumford business reporting a theft inside the business. Incident is under investigation and no further information is available.
On Jan. 22 at 2:52 p.m., Pine Street resident reporting the theft of a $200 Motorola Phone. Incident under investigation.
On Jan. 22 at 9 p.m., Rumford establishment reporting a theft of a $400 television. Incident is under investigation.

Christina Eaton, 33, of Auburn Road, Peru remains wanted on a two warrants for negotiating a worthless instrument.
