AUBURN – The Central Maine Community College Corporate and Community Services Department will offer a plumbing code update course from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, Feb. 24 to April 30. The cost of the course is $650 and includes books and materials.

The course will prepare students to take the Maine State Examination for Journeymen or Master Plumbers. Using materials from the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials Maine Plumbing Code, the course includes the fundamental theory of plumbing, arithmetic and related geometry, figuring offsets and elementary science.

The course will be taught by Bob Landry.
