Rainbow Girls install officers

AUBURN – The Lewiston Assembly, International Order of Rainbow for Girls, recently held installation of officers at the Auburn Masonic Hall, 1021 Turner St. Installed as worthy adviser was Stephene Waterman of Lewiston.

Installed as officers were: worthy advisor, Stephene Waterman; worthy associate advisor, Erin Cotterly; charity, Caitlin Walton; hope, Megan Benway; faith, Jesse Bosse; chaplain, Samantha Kelley; drill leader, Leah Goldsberry; love, Meagan Cossey; religion, Delila Dickey; nature, Carline Kelley; immortality, Kaelee Graham; fidelity, Michelle Walton; patriotism, Samantha Moon; service, Julia Martin; confidential observer, Elizabeth Callahan; musician, Lindsay Carr; historians, Michelle Walton and Delila Dickey.

Also installed was Kathleen Cotterly the assembly’s new mother adviser. Advisory board members installed were: Susan Hawkins, Maggie Spencer, Wendy Benway, Tina Goodwin, Vicki Kelley, Roland Martin, Cyndi Matthews, Becky Skilling, Barry Skilling, Penny Walton and David Walton.

Serving as installing officer was grand worthy associate advisor Kaitlin Toto, Windham Assembly; installing adult officer and chairman of the grand executive committee, Terry Knight; installing marshall, Caitlin Walton; installing chaplain, Lindsay Carr; installing recorder, Stephanie Getchell, Waterville Assembly; and installing musician, Debbie Greim.

Waterman outlined plans for the next six months, including participation in a “Winterfest,” a fundraiser for the Brian Littrell Healthy Heart Club for Kids, visits to other state assemblies and attendance at the annual Grand Assembly for Maine in May.

The International Order of Rainbow for Girls is a nonprofit organization that strives to give girls the tools, training, and encouragement to let their individual spirits shine by providing members with a safe, fun, caring environment where responsible, older girls can interact and mentor younger girls through family involvement.
