LISBON – Owner Maurice Bonneau, with sons Frank and Andre, recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house to celebrate the opening of their new location at 36 Main St., Lisbon Falls.

The open house, Jan. 24, offered tours of the facility and a buffet of the different sausages, soups and other offerings available.

The old post office and teen center has been transformed into a post-and-beam, country-style retail business, with a modern manufacturing facility behind the scenes.

The town of Lisbon contributed to the project with a loan from its revolving loan fund account.

The company is finalizing its application with the USDA to receive certification. Then, it will be able to ship products out of state and to foreign countries.

The business was formerly located at 123 Ridge Road in Lisbon Falls.
