I wish people with negative attitudes would get their heads out of the sand and do what is proper for the people of this state.

Jobs are what this state needs. If people have jobs, they have money to spend, and that is what stimulates the economy.

The Brunswick area is now prime to bring in thousands of new jobs. It is a perfect location for a casino or for an amusement park or some such.

People take advantage of what there is, not of what there isn’t. Manufacturing jobs are gone – never coming back. Bath Iron Works lives or dies by military contracts and could close down in a flash, same as the air base.

Maine should be a destination for tourists. Every person would benefit, if so.
