RUMFORD – A Mass of Christian Burial for Olivette Richard was celebrated Saturday at Parish of the Holy Savior. The Rev. Angelo LeVasseur was the celebrant. George Gionet was the altar server and Mark Belanger was the organist. Music selections were “Wind Beneath My Wings,” “You Raise Me Up,” “On Eagles Wings” and “Be Not Afraid.” Readings were done by Rick Greene and J.T. Greene. A letter written by her daughter Doreen Dupuis was read by her granddaughter Megan Humphreys. The eulogy was given by her sister Lillian Chase and her grandson-in-law, Paul Ouellette. Pallbearers were Kathleen Humphreys, Sherry Milligan, Shelly Ouellette and Heidi Bean. Altar servers were Katie Collette and Elizabeth Adley. Gift bearers were Jonathan Adley and Nathan Ouellette. Spring interment will be in St. John Cemetery. A reception followed in the parish hall. Relatives and friends may pay tribute to Olivette at www.mem.com.
