PARIS – The following arrests were recorded at the Oxford County Jail:

• Leonard Garrett, 55, of Lewiston, Jan. 29, South Paris District Court warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of operating without a license, $400 bail, transported from Androscoggin County.

• Brian Keith Nystrom, 30, of Worcester, Mass., Jan. 30, operating under the influence, $500 bail, Bethel Police Department.
