LIVERMORE – New laptops for the high school have been put on hold.
SAD 36 interim Superintendent David Wallace told school directors that due to budgetary concerns he would wait to see if there is money available to buy 104 Notebook laptops. The base price is about $650 each, he said.
If they go forward with the purchase, he said, they would seek bids for the computers.
“We want to look at where we are financially before we commit those dollars,” Wallace said.
