Tickets are available from club members, local sports shops and at derby headquarters. The cost of $1 enters a person in the derby and gives them a chance to win prizes, including two Oxford 250 tickets, a fly rod outfit, weekend of camping at Black Brook Cove Campground on Aziscohos Lake, a dozen streamer flies and a night’s stay at Dad’s Trailside Bed and Breakfast in Solon.

During the derby club members will be on hand at the Little Red School House with an auger to help participants drill holes in the ice. Hot dogs, hamburgers and homemade goodies will be on sale as well as club memberships, $30, and club cookbooks, $8.
