AUBURN – Perhaps the best description of Tony Moschetto’s comedy act came from a former manager at the Fireside Inn & Suites at a show two years ago. “He’s funny,” she said to a co-worker. “He’s naughty funny.”

Moschetto will return to The Fireside Inn Saturday, Feb. 14, to headline its Valentine’s Day comedy show. Also performing will be comics Bethany Van Delft and Jon Rineman.

Moschetto has performed on Comedy Central and The Playboy Channel, and has done stand-up comedy in New England, New York City, Los Angeles, London and Beijing. He is also an award-winning filmmaker, with a short featured at the AngelCiti Film Festival in Los Angeles and another that won the audience choice award at the 2004 Boston Comedy Festival.

Van Delft performs at top clubs in Boston and New York City as well as at colleges and special events. She has been featured in Boston Magazine and The Boston Globe and on WGBH’s Basic Black and the New England Cable News. She is a founding member of “Colorstruck; Women of Color in Comedy,” New England’s first and only women of color comedy showcase, and is also a core member of the touring show “5 Funny Females.” She has performed for three years at the Boston Comedy Festival.

Rineman has been contributing material to “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” since 2005, has written jokes used on Saturday Night Live’s “Weekend Update” and has a popular blog, www.Rinemania.com. He has published humorous pieces in The Improper Bostonian and was recently featured in The Boston Phoenix. The Emerson College graduate’s comedy group Awful People was featured on CollegeHumor.com.
