LIVERMORE FALLS – The Livermore Falls-Jay Senior Citizens met at Murray Hall on Feb. 9 with 26 members and four guests, Marlene and Putt Pare, Louise Parker and Moe Beaule.

The afternoon started with a buffet lunch of finger foods to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Everyone brought a variety of sandwiches, finger foods, salads and desserts. Entertainment, provided by Silver and Gold, followed.

Chairwoman Shirley Couture opened the shortened meeting. Lorette Chabot and Fern Doiron were reported on the sick list. Lois Gordon was welcomed back after a lengthy absence.

A Chinese auction of food items will be held Monday, Feb. 16.

The 50-50 was won by Diane Getz and three door prizes were won by Edith Leblanc, Gene Pomerleau and Clemence Moreau. The meeting was adjourned and games and cards were played.
