LEWISTON – Funeral services were held Wednesday for Antonin “Tony” Mercier at St. Joseph’s Church, under the direction of the Albert & Burpee Funeral Home. Officiating was the Rev. Joseph Daniels, who also recited prayers of committal at St. Peter’s Cemetery. The widow was presented a flag by the Maine Military Honors Program, and family and friends gathered after the service at DaVinci’s Eatery in order to continue the celebration of Tony’s life.
