COLCHESTER, Vt. – Denise Belanger, daughter of Guy and Michelle Belanger of Rumford, participated with the Saint Michael’s College Chorale in a tour of performances in New York City, New Rochelle, N.Y., Larchmont, N.Y., and Fairfield, Conn.

Belanger, a first-year student psychology major, graduated from Mountain Valley High School.

The 34-member chorale will team up with singers from Fordham University and Fairfield University for joint performances during their annual winter tour Feb. 20, 21 and 22.

The tour repertory consists largely of music of the settings of Psalm 150, “Alleluia,” all new works composed by Vermont composers Troy Peters and David Horn, and by Saint Michael’s 2005 graduate David Volpe.
