RUMFORD – A Mass of Christian Burial for Emmanuel Chaisson was celebrated Wednesday at Parish of the Holy Savior. The Rev. Angelo LeVasseur was the celebrant. George Gionet was the altar server and Mark Belanger was the organist. Music selections were “On Eagles Wings,” “You Raise Me Up,” “Let There Be Peace On Earth” and “Amazing Grace” sung by his granddaughter, Brianna Chaisson, accompanied on guitar by his son, Richard Chaisson. Readings were done by his grandson, Christopher Prue, and granddaughters, Tanya Breau Grigsby and Laura Chaisson. The eulogy was given by his son, Richard Chaisson. Gift bearers were granddaughters, Amanda Prue and Olivia Chaisson. Spring interment will be in St. John Cemetery. Military Honors were offered by the Maine Military Funeral Honors Program.
