MEXICO – Sarah and Noel Bolduc of Mexico are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Serena Sarah Knapp, to Joseph Sidney Flagg, son of Sidney Flagg of Carthage and Jackie Averill of New Portland.

Miss Knapp is a 2001 graduate of Mountain Valley High School in Rumford and a 2005 graduate of St. Joseph’s College in Standish. She is currently employed at Rumford Hospital as a registered nurse.

Mr. Flagg is a 2001 graduate of Dirigo High School in Dixfield and a 2002 graduate of Washington County Technical College. He is currently employed at Irving Wood Products in Dixfield.

The couple is planning a traditional wedding on June 27.
