I believe that it is important to have great qualities in order to get through high school. Being conscientious, determined, and having a strong work ethic in school help you to get through high school. Also, having these qualities could help you in the near future.

I feel it’s important to be conscientious and determined in high school. It is important because if you like school and make it a priority in life, you can be very successful. You will be able to get into college and find a great career. You will get good grades in school and be rewarded. A conscientious and determined student is a person who is willing to take responsibility for his or her actions. If a teacher gives conscientious and determined students grades that they don’t like, then the students will try to find a way to improve the grade so that they will be pleased with themselves. Conscientious and determined students devote more of their time to doing their homework than to watching TV. They know that if they just relax and let the schoolwork fly by then there will be consequences.

Another characteristic that is important in high school is having a strong work ethic. It is important to have a strong work ethic because if you work hard in school and try to maintain good grades, then your teachers will see that. When it is time to fill out applications for colleges that you are applying to, your teachers will write good recommendations that colleges will see. A student who has a strong work ethic will put a lot of hours into his or her schoolwork. They don’t complain to the teachers about the amount of work that is thrown at them. They just do the work to impress only themselves and not other people. Students who have a strong work ethic have a passion for school.

I feel that having these qualities will make you a better person. People will admire you and want to have these same characteristics.
