AUBURN – Johnny Joyce, known for his loud, high-energy Boston delivery, will headline the Saturday, Feb. 28, comedy show at the Fireside Inn & Suites. Also performing will be “old timey” comedian Larry Lee Lewis and Ellen Moschetto.

Joyce has been a fixture on the New England comedy scene for 15 years and has also worked in New York City, Los Angeles, Atlantic City and Las Vegas.

With his classic and often ribald one-liners and snappy delivery, Lewis is a recognizable character on the Boston comedy scene. Besides working stand-up shows, he has been frontman for the “Larry Lee Lewis Variety Show” and his own boogie-woogie band, and hosted his own Boston radio show.

Since 2003, Moschetto has stood out with performances in the “Girls Go Wild” sketch show and at the annual “Harbor to the Bay” AIDS benefit at the Club Cafe in Boston. Reserved and wry one moment, animated and vivacious the next, she spins a quirky twist to everyday events involving family, friends, celebrities, dating and mime spanking.

Showtime is 8 p.m. Tickets are $14 at the door, $12 with a reservation. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. For reservations, call 777-1777. The Fireside Inn & Suites is at 1777 Washington St., at Exit 75 of the Maine Turnpike.
