LEWISTON – The Lewiston Ice Dawgs celebrated two wins and a pair of ties in recent Southern Maine Tier I middle school hockey competition.

Austin Obie scored two goals in a 4-3 victory over Biddeford. Tanner Hubbard scored the game-winner, and Kyle Lemelin added a goal. Matt Bouchard, Bryan Hall and Patrick DeBlois each notched an assist. Brian Wigant and Evan Bourassa were the goaltenders for Lewiston.

Lemelin and Hall produced the goals in a 2-2 tie with Falmouth. Robbie Berube registered an assist. Wigant and Bourassa again combined in net.

Cameron Marquis joined Lemelin and Hall as goal-scorers in a 3-1 victory over Falmouth. Obie assisted two goals and Ethan Melvin set up another. Bourassa was solid in goal.

Marquis set up Lemelin for the lone goal in a 1-1 tie with Saco. Bourassa again played splendidly in the net, helped out by DeBloid, Berube and Bouchard defensively.
