She will present “Eco” with music by Andrew Bird at F.A.B., which will begin at 2 p.m. at the heritage center at 46 Cedar St.

Hansen is in her 17th year as artistic director of The Dance Center and her first year as director of Androscoggin Dance Company and School. She received classical training at Skidmore College and for F.A.B. will perform an excerpt from a work in progress titled “Pretty.”

Baur, another choreographer on the schedule, is currently a member of Collective Motion and sonar Dance companies of southern Maine. For F.A.B., she will present a piece titled “Silently I Scream.”

Smith is a choreographer, designer and aspiring archivist. In 1990, she conceived Triad Dance Ensemble. She co-directed, choreographed and danced with the company through 1996. For F.A.B., she will present “It Takes Two” with music by Astor Piazzolla.

Klemundt has performed with Oberlin Dance Company and Cleveland Contemporary Dance Theater and in Maine’s “Portland Dances!” and “Dance+Video=Love.” She has shown work at La Mama Annex in New York City and at many Boston and Portland venues. For F.A.B., she will perform “Caffeinated Syllables” in voice and poetry.

The Bates Bollywood Dancers are students interested in learning about Indian culture. A query seeking student participation went out at the beginning of second semester when preparations were under way for the Bollywood piece for the annual Sangai Asia performance. After many rehearsals, the dancers exploded onto the stage with brightly colored costumes and vivid steps and movements. This year’s “Bollywood Medley” will be choreographed by Abritee Dhal, Harita Dharaneeswaran and Shirley Serrao with music by Dholi Taro, Beedi, Soni De Nakhre and Jhoom Barabar Jhoom.

Admission is $12, $10 for students and senior citizens. Call 689-2000 or purchase tickets online at francoamericanheritage.org.
