The Commons Art Collective Gallery will hold an open studio from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, March 6, followed by an opening reception for its second annual “Fulfillment” exhibit from 7 to 9 p.m. The exhibition is the culmination of February’s “Fill-In-The-Blank” show in which local painters, poets, sculptors and photographers began creating on a blank canvas in their particular medium and then worked on their pieces in an open-studio format throughout February. They worked in the gallery part of the Commons of the Fare Share Co-op in Norway. Above, Katey Branch works on her artwork.
