HAMPTON FALLS, N.H. (AP) – The police chief in Hampton Falls, N.H., says he’s frustrated that some of the charges have been dropped in the case of a man accused of drugging and raping women he meet through online dating sites.

Thirty-five-year-old Thomas Currier was charged last fall with three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, but two of the charges have been dismissed and a third is scheduled to be resolved with a plea deal in May.

Chief Robbie Dirsa says the case should’ve gone to trial. County Attorney Jim Reams said he couldn’t comment on the dismissed charges because the case is ongoing.
