AUBURN – The Maine Real Estate and Development Association will host a breakfast seminar March 26, from 7:30-9 a.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn, Auburn Riverwatch, 14 Great Falls Plaza.

Focus of the seminar will be environmental due diligence for buyers and sellers. Panelist Kenneth F. Gray of Pierce Atwood LLP will discuss how to identify and limit environmental legal liabilities. The event is sponsored by Summit Environmental Consultants.

People interested in attending should register on or before March 19. Cost is $30 per person for MEREDA members, $40 per person for non-members. After March 19, cost will be $40 and $50.
