MANCHESTER – The wedding of Rebekah Bubier and Fred Brockway was held at 4 p.m. on July 19 at Hope Baptist Church. Pastor Glenn Peterson officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Brockway is the daughter of Brian and Lisa Bubier of Monmouth. Mr. Brockway is the son of Bradley and Pamela Brockway of Albion.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. Attending as maid of honor was sister of the bride, Sarah Bubier. Bridesmaids were Tania Buck, Kara Bubier and Lorelei Paul. Ella Buck was flower girl.

Performing the duties of best man was Tim Marden, a friend. Ushers were Travis Buck, Josh Bubier and Ryan Brockway. Luke Buck was the ring bearer.

A reception followed at the Augusta Civic Center, after which the couple traveled to Maui, Hawaii.

The bride is a 2003 graduate of Monmouth Academy and a 2007 graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington. She is employed at Windsor Elementary School in Windsor.

The bridegroom is a 1999 graduate of Lawrence High School and a 2001 graduate of Kennebec Valley Community College. He is employed at Ingraham Equipment in Knox.
