FARMINGTON – A Farmington man was arrested on a charge of unlawful sexual contact stemming from a 2003 incident in New Vineyard, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department Niles Yeaton said.

Russell Hargreaves, 51, was arrested Friday and posted $250 cash bail for a court appearance on April 24 in Farmington, Yeaton said.

The female victim was under the age of 18 at the time, Yeaton said.
