RUMFORD – A Mass of Christian Burial for Leo Paul Marquis was celebrated Friday at the Parish of the Holy Savior, St. Athanasius-St. John Church in Rumford, with the Rev. Angelo LeVasseur as the celebrant. Readings were given by Pam Child and Andrea Hopkins. George Gionet was the altar server and organist was Mark Belanger. Musical selections were “Be Not Afraid,” “The Lord Is My Shepard” and “Ave Maria.” Pallbearers were Jim Murphy, Richard Murphy, Tim Murphy, Tom Child, David Hopkins and Willie Martin. A reception was held at the parish hall after the Mass. Arrangements were under the direction of the Meader and Son Funeral Home.
