LEWISTON – Friday, March 6, funk band Broken Halo of Brunswick will perform at She Doesn’t Like Guthries. Saturday, March 7, The Lomax of Portland will return to the restaurant/cafe at 115 Middle St.

The Lomax sounds “a little bit cowboy, a bit folksy and a tad bluesy,” according to the Portland Phoenix. Band members are Andrew Ellis, vocals and acoustic guitar; Dave Ragsdale, vocals, electric guitar, banjo and harmonica; Brian Patrick, electric guitar and vocals; Chris White, bass; and Dave Fields, drums. The Lomax recently released its self-titled debut album.
