The way I see it, concerning the federal government’s stimulus money coming to the state of Maine, Gov. John Baldacci and the other big spenders in Augusta should be ever so thankful because the money is similar to the bailouts given to those other mismanaged institutions – the large banks and mortgage houses.

When the governor leaves office, his loyalists will point to all the jobs created in 2009.

What a bunch of Maine meadow-muffins.
