John Pulas of Auburn walks in front of the Bank of America branch on Court Street in Auburn on Monday morning. Pulas was expressing his displeasure with banks as well as with some personal banking issues that he said his bank refused to help him with. “The banks are accepting bailout money at the expense of American citizens,” he said.
