LISBON – Proposed school and municipal budgets for 2009-10 will be presented to the Town Council and Budget Advisory Board at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, at the town office meeting room. No votes will be taken.
Town Manager Steve Eldridge said his municipal proposal of $6.6 million reflects a 10.2 percent reduction from 2008.
The school budget is up by just under .09 percent, according to a school board spokesman. The exact figure was not immediately available Monday.
