Kids’ breakfast

NEW VINEYARD – A pancake breakfast and story time will be held at 8 a.m. Saturday, March 21, at the New Vineyard Public Library for children ages 5 to 12.They must be accompanied by a caregiver if younger.

Pancakes will be served with real Maine maple syrup along with juice and milk. Special guest pancake flipper and reader will be Rep. Tom Saviello. Handouts will be available about local sap houses giving tours for Maine Maple Sunday, March 22.

College night

FARMINGTON – A college planning information night for parents of juniors will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, at Mt. Blue High School auditorium.

Parents will be provided information regarding the college search process, admissibility, financial aid, factors to consider when applying, Web site recommendations and opportunity for questions and answers.

School registration

FAYETTE – Fayette Central School will hold registration for the pre-kindergarten and kindergarten on Thursday, April 2. Children must be 4 or 5 years old, respectively, on or before Oct. 15. Call the school at 685-4770 to schedule an appointment.

K registration

TURNER – Kindergarten registration for residents will be held on Thursday and Friday, April 9 and 10, at Turner Primary School. Those who have not made an appointment should call Pat or Jan at 225-3655.

Child must be age 5 on or before Oct. 15.

An original birth certificate and immunization records will be required.

An information night will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 1, at the school.

Craft fair set

WILTON – The fourth cabin fever craft fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 28, at the Nichols/Bass Expo Center, Route 156. Tables are available by calling 778-4726 or e-mailing [email protected].

The Wilton Free Public Library will have a book sale at the same time.
