AUBURN — A jury found Jan Mulherin not guilty on two counts of felony theft after about two hours of deliberation at the Andrsocoggin County Superior Court Friday.

At question was $52,000 including $10,000 in commissions Mulherin paid to herself during the final year she worked for a Poland, Maine-based company owned by Roger Dargie.

Dargie had claimed Mulherin took the money without authorization but Mulherin told the court Thursday she had earned the pay.
