Trinity Catholic will be putting on the play “The Tale of Snow White” on April 3 at 6 p.m., and April 4 at 2 p.m., at the St. Dominic High School auditorium. Tickets, $5 for adults and $2.50 for students, can be purchased in the Lobby.

This play is not like the original story of Snow White though. It first starts out with two children bickering about love at first sight. The mother intervenes and begins to read the story of Snow White, and then the actors take over. The first part of the story is about the birth of Snow White and the death of the Queen. As time moves on, the King marries another woman who wants to be the most beautiful woman in the land. Snow White begins to grow up and now she is even more beautiful than her step-mother. The Queen does not like this and plans for the termination of Snow White, so she can once again be told by her mirror that she is the most beautiful. The Queen’s plan fails and Snow White runs into the woods to hide. Snow White comes across a small house, which belongs to the Seven Dwarfs, who are Zip, Kip, Tip, Pip, Flip, Chip, and Big Mike, and they all allow Snow White to live with them. When the Queen learns that Snow White is still alive, she decides to get rid of her.

You will just have to attend the play to find out how it ends. Did they all live happily ever after?
