“CareerCenter Employment and Training Orientation” is held Mondays from 10 a.m.-noon, offering an explanation of training programs and career exploration.

“Community College Adviser” is held Mondays from noon-4 p.m. A college adviser is available to talk about options to attend college.

“CareerCenter and Job Search Orientation” is held Tuesdays from 9 a.m.-noon detailing services and resources available at the Wilton CareerCenter.

“Resume Writing” is offered April 6, and April 27, from 1:30-3 p.m. Attendees must bring their work and educational history.

“CareerCenter Youth Orientation” is offered April 9 and April 23, from 10-noon. The workshop, aimed at youths 16-21 looking for a job, offers guidance about which careers might fit best.

“Preparing Your Resume for Online Applications,” April 13 from 1:30-3 p.m. is aimed at helping people format their resume so it can be attached to an on-line application. Attendees should bring work and educational history.

“MEOC 101 – Essentials of College Planning,” April 16 10 a.m.-1 p.m. offers instructions on filling out financial aid forms to get the maximum amount in grants or loans. Pre-registration is required by calling 1-800-281-3703.

“O*Net Ability Profiler,” April 17, 9 a.m.-noon is a career exploration tool that helps people plan work lives using a paper and pencil format with optional apparatus parts and computerized scoring.

“Creating Your Professional Portfolio,” April 23, 10-11 a.m. allows people to document knowledge, skills and expertise.

“Ace That Interview!” will be offered April 23, from 1-3 p.m. helping people prepare for a successful job interview.
