FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Patriots will play a nationally televised preseason game at the Washington Redskins on Aug. 28.

The team also announced Monday it will play exhibition games against the Eagles in Philadelphia and at home against the Cincinnati Bengals and New York Giants. The Patriots will play the Eagles between Aug. 13 and 17, the Bengals between Aug. 20 and 24 and the Giants between Sept. 3 and 4.

Two regular season games already have been announced – the season opener at home against the Buffalo Bills on Sept. 14 and a game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in London on Oct. 25.

The rest of the regular-season schedule is to be announced in April.
