LEWISTON – Wanda “Dianne” Hill, 51, of 25 Marston St., Lewiston, died at her home on Tuesday, March 31.

She was born in Atlanta, Ga., on Jan. 31, 1958, the daughter of Eugene and Betty Lou Hamby Yarborough. She lived in Georgia and Alabama for most of her life, moving from Valley, Ala., to Lewiston in 2000.

A devoted Christian, she was very proud of her Native American heritage, and enjoyed making all sorts of Native American crafts which she sold at local pow-wows under her spirit name, “Crow2feathers.” She enjoyed being outdoors and she loved fishing.

Survivors include her partner of nine years, Viviane “Viv” Tucci of Lewiston; a daughter, Brandy Dianne Hill of Texas; two brothers, Thomas Stone Sr. of Valley Ala., and Philip Hamby of Alabama; her “stepkids” Gary, Brian, Amy and Joe; four sisters-in-law, Constance Morin of Lewiston, Claudette Fournier and husband, Chuck, of Lewiston, Pauline Lyons of Massachusetts, and Laurie Charest of Lewiston; several nieces and nephews, including a special nephew, Thomas “Bubba” Stone Jr., of Valley, Ala.; and a special niece, Kellyann Rawson.
