RUMFORD – Together with their families, Debra C. Dolloff and John “Chip” Towle are happy to announce their engagement.

The future bride is the daughter of David and Sue Litalien of Mexico. She is a third grade teacher at the new Dirigo Elementary School for SAD21. She lives in Rumford with her two amazing daughters, Hillary and Brooke.

The future bridegroom is the son of Norman and Donna Towle of Dixfield. He is the owner and operator of Towle’s Corner Store on Route 2 in Dixfield. He resides in Dixfield.

The couple is building a home in Dixfield for their new family, where they will reside after the wedding. A May wedding is planned.
