Dear Sun Spots: The last few times I’ve gone to Gifford’s I’ve noticed that they don’t sell whoopie pie ice cream anymore. I’ve heard rave reviews about it, so why isn’t Gifford’s selling it anymore?
Is only the Auburn location not selling this ice cream anymore or is it true for all locations in Maine? Are there any other ice cream shops in Maine that might sell whoopie pie ice cream? Thank you for your time. – Karen, Auburn.
Answer: Unfortunately, according to Peggy at Gifford’s Ice Cream, the whoopie pie flavored ice cream was discontinued.
Dear Sun Spots: I would appreciate it very much if anyone would be able to give away any catalogs of any kind and magazines such as Woman’s Day, Family Circle, Good Housekeeping, First and other good magazines, in good to excellent condition, as I take them to patients at carious nursing homes.
