JAY – Bean’s Corner Baptist Church will celebrate the Easter season with a series of services Friday and Sunday, April 10 and 12.
A Good Friday service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Friday. It will include skits, testimonies and music reflecting the crucifixion of Jesus Christ.
Easter Sunday activities will begin with a SonRose service of music and readings at 8 a.m., followed by a fellowship breakfast at 8:30.
Sunday school for all ages at 9:15 will feature a program put on by children attending the weekly children’s church hour.
Culminating the day will be the 10:30 worship that will include congregational singing and a presentation of the Easter musical, “The Risen Savior,” by the 20-voice church choir. There will be no evening service that day.
