The Lewiston Planning Board will review preliminary plans for a proposed 11-lot subdivision off Pond Road next Tuesday night.

The board will review plans submitted by owner-developer Roger Richard of Greene for “Fieldview Estates,” according to Gerry Raymond of the city’s Planning Department.

The Planning Board in 1978 approved preliminary plans for the subdivision, to be located on a dead-end street tentatively named Fieldview Avenue. Located near an existing subdivision, the site was never developed because Richard never submitted final plans for review. The site is located off Pond Road just north of where it intersects with Golder Road.
