WINTHROP – A celebration of life funeral service for Starr Nelke of Winthrop was held March 27 at the Wiles Remembrance Center, Jay, with the Rev. Thomas Lequin of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Jay, officiating. After services, a family reception was held at the center. Winter entombment at the funeral home. Spring burial will be at the Water’s Hill Cemetery, North Livermore.
