Citizens of the United States who own land and camps in the state of Maine, yet live in other states, cannot vote in the towns where they pay taxes on those properties.
If non-citizens want to vote, they should become citizens, obeying the laws citizens have to obey. I am strongly against non-citizens being allowed to vote.
