WATERVILLE, Maine (AP) — Authorities say three drunken Colby College students were arrested on campus early Easter Sunday in an incident that began when a student response team trained as basic emergency medical technicians tried to help a student who was ill.

The Morning Sentinel reported Monday that 21-ye’ar-old Jacob Roundtree and 22-year-old Ozzy Ramirez were charged with assault and criminal trespassing in the building that serves as Colby’s student center. A third student, 21-year-old Michael Talarico, was arrested a half hour later on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Police from Waterville, Fairfield, Winslow, Oakland, along with sheriff’s deputies and state troopers, responded to a call for additional police support.
