AUBURN – Fox Ridge Golf Club christened the golf season in style, producing a hole-in-one Friday on its opening day.

Chip Larlee achieved the feat, using a No. 3 rescue wood on the 176-yard No. 16. Jack Milo, Bill Freedman and Kevin Bell were witnesses.
