LEWISTON – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Thursday at Holy Cross Church for Gabrielle E. Bouchard after prayers at The Fortin Group Funeral Home. Msgr. Marc Caron officiated, assisted by the Rev. Paul Pare and the Rev. Maurice Morin. Reading was proclaimed by her daughter, Louise A. St. Pierre, and prayer of the faithful was proclaimed by her daughter, Pauline Gilbert. The offertory gifts were brought to the altar by her sons, Gerald and Donald Bouchard. Msgr. Caron recited committal prayers at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Burial will be held Friday, April 17, at the Maine Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, One Civic Center Drive in Augusta. Pallbearers were David St. Pierre, Steve Bouchard, Wade Foster, Timmy and Jamie Gilbert, Maurice St. Pierre, Jeff Gilbert and Matt Arpin. Online guestbook may be viewed at www.mem.com.
